Thank you all so much for sharing our wedding day with us! We are so grateful for your presence and we cannot wait to celebrate, catch up, eat, and dance the night away! While we aren't the first couple to think of Hawaii as the perfect honeymoon destination, there is a funny tale that goes with why we chose it. On our very first Valentine's Day, I was attending a wedding in Hawaii, and since Will and I had just started dating, I didn't ask him to be my wedding date. It became a running joke in our relationship that I abandoned Will in Birmingham to go have fun on the islands (hah!). When I came back, I told Will that I wouldn't step foot on Hawaiian soil again until we could go together. Little did Will know at the time that his first trip to Hawaii would be for our honeymoon! Hawaii is one of my favorite places in the world and I cannot wait to share its wonder, beauty, and how to live the HI life with Will.
